CRYPTO SWAP · TERMS VERSION 2026-10-29
Crypto Swap Terms
These terms explain how the Fincast crypto swap interface routes your request, who fulfils it, and what you must check before transferring assets. Read the provider details shown on your order as well as these terms before proceeding.
1. The interface and the named provider
For routes labelled SimpleSwap, Fincast supplies the interface and forwards your instructions to SimpleSwap through its partner API. SimpleSwap handles the exchange under its own terms and may use its liquidity providers. You send the deposit to the address supplied for that SimpleSwap order. Fincast does not execute those exchanges or have the keys to SimpleSwap deposit addresses.
An order involving ILT is a separate manual service of the ILT project operator identified below. SimpleSwap does not fulfil, verify or support ILT orders. The operator receives your deposit and manually sends the agreed output asset to the receiving address recorded in the order. The two services must not be confused.
Describing Fincast as an interface does not remove responsibilities imposed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Eligibility and provider rules
Use the interface only if you can legally enter into the transaction, own or are authorised to use the assets and addresses, and meet the applicable provider’s age, location and other eligibility requirements. SimpleSwap has restricted locations and persons; its current terms determine eligibility for its routes.
SimpleSwap may require identity, source-of-funds or other compliance checks, suspend processing, or handle a refund under its own policies. Do not use the interface to bypass those checks or geographic restrictions. No promise of anonymous or verification-free processing is made.
3. Quotes, amounts and fees
SimpleSwap routes currently use floating estimates. The output displayed before creation is an estimate; the final amount can change with market conditions, the time of deposit and provider fees. Review the provider’s instructions after creation. Fincast may receive an affiliate reward, and an affiliate fee may be included in the displayed quote. Your sending wallet’s blockchain fee is separate; ensure that the required deposit amount actually reaches the stated address.
ILT prices are quotes set by the project operator, not a market price, an independently traded benchmark or evidence of investment performance. Quotes may change within configured limits. Buy and sell quotes differ; buyback may be paused and is limited by available liquidity. Any displayed ILT quote history records the operator’s own quotes. The calculation shows the operator’s fixed fee, if any, and the quoted output. An accepted ILT quote is time limited and must be used for the matching amount and direction.
4. Addresses, networks, memo and the payment window
Before creating an order, check the exact asset, blockchain network, receiving address, recipient memo or destination tag, refund address and refund memo. The receiving instructions are recorded when the order is created and cannot be edited in this interface. A ticker alone does not identify the network or token contract.
Send only the specified asset, exact amount and required memo to the deposit address shown on your order, before its payment deadline. A token master contract is shown only to verify the token; it is not the deposit address. If your wallet cannot include the required memo, do not send that payment. A shared deposit address must never be used to identify a payment on its own.
A missing or wrong memo, incorrect asset or network, different amount or late payment requires investigation and may be unrecoverable. Closing or expiring an order is not proof that an on-chain transfer was reversed. If you have already sent funds, keep the transaction hash and contact the named provider. Do not send another payment to correct an error without instructions.
5. Manual ILT processing
ILT is a token associated with the project. This interface makes no representation that it is a donation, a security, a regulated investment or a guaranteed store of value. It promises no yield, future appreciation, listing, continuous liquidity or profit. Its legal and tax treatment depends on the actual activity and applicable law.
After the incoming ILT or USDT payment is confirmed and verified, the operator normally completes the manual payout within 24 hours. Completion may be earlier. The payment deadline and the manual payout period are different: the deadline tells you when the deposit must arrive; the processing period starts after confirmation. Blockchain delays, incorrect instructions or a required review can extend the processing time. The order status shows whether payment is detected, queued for manual payout or submitted to the network.
If the order needs review or the payout has not been completed within 24 hours after confirmation, contact the ILT operator with your order ID and deposit transaction hash. You can contact the operator earlier if you notice an error or suspicious activity. Do not send further funds. ILT support and refunds are handled by the ILT operator, not SimpleSwap.
6. Support, disputes and refunds
For a SimpleSwap exchange, contact SimpleSwap through its official support page or support@simpleswap.io. Provide the SimpleSwap exchange ID shown on the order, the deposit transaction hash, assets, networks, amount, date and a description of the problem. The Fincast order ID is a separate reference and should also be retained. SimpleSwap decides the handling of its exchanges and refunds under its terms; Fincast cannot guarantee their outcome. Issues with the Fincast interface itself can be reported through Fincast’s published support channel.
For an ILT order, contact the identified ILT operator. An incorrect, unlinked, partial or late deposit is not automatically exchanged or refunded. The operator must establish the transfer and the person entitled to a resolution, and agree any available payout or refund and network costs. A refund address does not create an unconditional refund guarantee. On-chain transfers cannot simply be cancelled.
Keep the order ID, provider exchange ID, deposit and payout transaction hashes, and the private recovery file. The recovery token grants access to your order details: do not post it publicly. Support will never need your wallet seed phrase or private key.
7. Order records and personal data
The service records the submitted amounts, assets, networks, receiving and refund instructions, terms version and acceptance, order status and relevant blockchain transaction references. These records support fulfilment, reconciliation and dispute handling. Public blockchains may reveal transactions independently of this interface.
For SimpleSwap orders, the gateway also collects and forwards the client IP address, user agent, accepted language, site language, device timezone and device operating system, as required by the partner integration. SimpleSwap processes the information under its privacy policy. Fincast and the operator process service records under their applicable published privacy notices and legal obligations. Never submit wallet credentials through this interface.
This tab keeps a private tracking token and, if a connection is interrupted during creation, the pending request in session storage to avoid duplicate orders. The recovery file is downloaded only when you choose to save it. Clearing site data or closing a tab can remove local tracking information; retain a recovery file if you need to return later.
8. Risks, changes and your acceptance
Digital assets can lose value, networks and providers can be unavailable, and transfers may be delayed or irreversible. The interface provides no financial, investment or tax advice. You remain responsible for evaluating the transaction and any tax or reporting duties that apply to you.
The order records the version of these terms you accepted. Updated terms apply to later orders; they do not silently change the receiving instructions of an existing order. By selecting the acceptance checkbox and creating an order, you confirm that you reviewed the route, named provider, network, amounts and receiving instructions. For SimpleSwap routes you also accept its linked terms and privacy and AML/KYC policies. For ILT routes you separately acknowledge manual processing.
